Our fleet has been assembled with driving fun in mind. Since autumn 2021, we have had two sports car models that can be completely converted to manual operation – the Porsche 718 Cayman S and the Porsche 718 Cayman GT4. “Using technology supplied by Veigel GmbH, we convert the cars to manual throttle in 25 minutes,” says our instructor, Patrick Friesacher.
The entire portfolio of Driving Experiences in our Porsches (Driving Center, race track or a road trip through Styria) can be booked all year round – with or without manual throttle. “I can come to the Red Bull Ring with my friends who, unlike me, are not confined to a wheelchair and figuratively ‘step on the gas’,” says motorsport expert Reini Sampl. “The experience in the Porsche is the same for all of us, and that’s what inclusivity means to me.”
The precision model or the rock star – what will it be?
The Porsche 718 Cayman S sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.4 seconds. In the course of the Porsche 718 Cayman S Experience at our Driving Center, you will get to know the 350 hp sports car in a safe setting. After a few introductory laps with braking exercises and slalom, the pace is increased on the handling section. Our instructors will, of course, also show you how to drift. “This is a technique all of its own that takes a little time to get the hang of, but then it’s incredible fun,” adds Friesacher.
With the Silver and Gold Package, you take the Porsche 718 Cayman S out for practice on the race track. When you book the Porsche 718 Cayman S Experience, you drive around the Red Bull Ring F1 race track in the slipstream of our instructors. If you are looking for the ultimate adrenaline kick, then the Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 is the ideal choice. Packing 420 horsepower, it accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.9 seconds. This is exceeded only by your pulse rate, which is guaranteed to skyrocket during the Porsche 718 Cayman GT Experience at the Red Bull Ring.
