The Red Bull Ring Classics is an amazing display of motorsport history, featuring ten top-class racing series and a veritable armada of spectacular racing cars from all over the world. Among the highlights will be the Group C Supercup. When they first appeared in the 1980s, these legendary sports cars caused a sensation, and some of them still bring tears of nostalgia to the eyes of die-hard fans. The high-calibre BOSS GP Racing Series assembles thousands of horsepower on the grid.
You will also see the Alfa Revival Cup, the CanAm & Sportscars, the Sports Car Challenge, 100 Miles of Red Bull Ring Classics, the Youngtimer Touring Car Challenge, the Super Sixties and, as a special treat, the Golden Era of Touring Cars with unforgettable models from DRM, DTM and the Super Touring Car Championship.
To the background sound of powerful engines reviving memories of times when drivers in oil-smeared overalls could be seen on the starting grid, still making last-minute adjustments to the high-powered engines under the bonnet of their cars. The event at Spielberg makes its debut on the weekend of 9th – 11th June.
