On the weekend of 3rd ‑ 4th June, no fewer than 100 riders in ten different classes gathered in Spielberg to compete against each other on trial bikes. Mastering this technically most demanding and challenging of all motorcycling disciplines requires excellent balance, patience and precise control of the throttle and clutch.
The National Trial Championship and the Youth and Junior Trial National Championship took place at the GASGAS Trial Park and on “Area 24” near Spielberg. With ten sectors featuring obstacles in different degrees of difficulty, “Area 24” has been designed and configured to the highest standards in the sport and is a real challenge for trialists. Victory in the AMF Open class went to Marco Mempör on a GASGAS trial bike.
